What are cellulites and how does rollmassage help reduce them?

90% of all women worldwide get cellulite.

Many women may feel dissatisfied with their cellulite and this in turn can increase stress

and dissatisfaction with his body.

Cellulite is small pits in the skin where fat, fluids, proteins and other chemicals stored and traded. The body's blood circulation and the work of the whole organism are disturbed extra fat, slag products and fluid that compresses the blood and lymph vessels.

Cellulite is most often formed on the lower body such as the hips, thighs and buttocks. Some cellulite clearly visible and others may be less visible, ie different degrees of cellulite. Where the blood circulation is most obstructed, usually the more visible cellulites are.

Cellulite occurs when fat cells in body tissues accumulate too much fat, slag products and liquids. It then forms "clusters" that can grow up to 50 times its own size, this is the reason why the skin looks lumpy and bumpy. These "clusters" blocks blood and lymph circulation and this in turn impedes the normal functioning of the organism functions and purification process.

Why do cellulite occur and why do women get it?

There are different causes and theories:

  • Unhealthy diet and lifestyle is a contributing factor. Too much sedentary and too little exercise counteracts lymph and blood circulation. This results in fat cells in the body tissues accumulating extra fat, slag products and fluid

  • Women have a specific type of tissue that resembles fishing nets, this makes it possible for cellulite to occur in the "holes". Men's tissue is much denser and therefore makes it impossible for the "clusters" to find somewhere to gain a foothold.

  • It can also be due to genetic causes. Women generally have more fat than muscle and men generally have more muscle than fat. The more muscle the more fat we burn.

  • Hormonal disorders such as puberty, pregnancy, menopause and hormone contraceptives can disrupt the hormonal balance in the body and this can contribute to the appearance of cellulite.

  • Hereditary predispositions are another theory. If we compare with nations in southern continents, women in the Nordic countries have less elastic tissue that is inherited. People with elastic skin do not have as many problems with cellulite.

  • Stress often makes us tense, we get stiff muscles and as a result the entire lymph and blood circulation is negatively affected. This can also be a contributing factor to the appearance of cellulite.

How do we prevent and reduce cellulite?

Poor eating habits are one of the biggest causes of cellulite. Pure raw materials ensures that you take less additives and this in turn means that we get less slag products in the body. Cakes, chips and semi-finished products, etc. contain many harmful fats and additives, these are stored as slag products in the fat cells found on the buttocks and thighs. Opt out or reduce the consumption of these products to prevent / reduce cellulite. Make it a habit to read on the packaging which and how many additives there are in the goods. Choosing and consuming pure ingredients can help reduce weight and reduce the percentage of fat in the body which in turn is very important when it comes to prevention and reduce cellulite.
