PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
What personal data does Beautiful Me process:
name, phone number, email address, date of birth;
delivery address of the goods;
data related to the services of goods (purchase history, size history, customer card usage history, etc.);

Use of surveillance equipment in locations (video cameras)
Beautiful Me locations use surveillance equipment, ie video cameras, to ensure the protection of persons and property. The chief processor of video recordings is Abel Ltd. The video recording shall be stored for a maximum of 30 days unless longer storage is necessary for the performance of a right or obligation arising from law.
Purpose of processing personal data
Personal data is used to provide the service to the customer, to communicate with the customer, to make and manage reservations, to send personal offers by e-mail or SMS, to manage the customer's orders and to deliver goods. Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyse customer preferences. Personal data, such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support). The IP address or other network identifiers of the online store user are processed to provide the website as an information society service and to conduct online usage statistics and marketing campaigns.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data takes place for the purpose of providing a service to the customer. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to fulfil a legal obligation (eg accounting and settlement of consumer disputes).
Who uses personal information
Personal information is used by Beautiful Me staff to provide the service. The name, telephone number and address will be forwarded to the customer's delivery agent. Personal data may be transferred to IT service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the website and the booking system or data hosting.
Security and access to data
Personal data is stored on Amazon Web Server, CompuCash (Ektaco AS) and BookLux.com (OÜ Otsiabi), which are located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated to the Privacy Shield framework.
Access to personal data is available to Beautiful Me staff, who can access personal data to resolve issues related to service delivery and online store orders and to provide customer support. Beautiful Me implements appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure. The transfer of personal data to Beautiful Me authorized processors (eg transport service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of agreements concluded with Beautiful Me and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data.

Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the customer's consent (for example, receiving newsletters and SMS notifications), the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail (info@rollmassage.com) or on the customer's personal data page.
Storing the data
When closing the Beautiful Me client account, personal data will be deleted, unless such data needs to be retained for accounting or resolving consumer disputes. If a purchase has been made in the Beautiful Me locations or on rullmassaaz.ee, the purchase history will be preserved for three years. In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is fulfilled or the limitation period expires. Personal data required for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.
Deleting the data
To delete personal information, contact customer support via email. A request of deletion shall be answered no later than one month and the period for deletion of data shall be specified.
Direct marketing communications
The e-mail address and phone number (for sending SMS) is used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given his consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing notifications, they must select the appropriate reference in the footer of the e-mail, contact customer support or the customer can make the corresponding change in their account under the customer data. If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the initial and further processing of his personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support by e-mail.

PROCESSING OF VIDEO RECORDINGS
We use Security Cameras in Beautiful Me locations to protect people (ie customers, employees and guests) and these people, to ensure their safety and to protect their property. The security cameras are arranged in such a way that the monitoring area includes the reception area, including entrances, counter, reception desk, lounge sofa. As a result, customers and other visitors operating in these areas will remain in the surveillance area and on the video recordings. The following describes the basic conditions for using surveillance cameras:
Short description of the monitoring system - stationary, digital, with magnification, with sound recording

When accessing the data, you must take into account that we keep the recordings for only 1 month, as well as that in order to protect the rights and interests of other persons recorded in the recording, we must make them unidentifiable, so we cannot provide access immediately.
